This 20ft container office is one of our most popular shipping container conversions for sale. It is based on a standard one-trip 20ft x 8ft shipping container and has been converted by our specialist in-house team. For use as a home office, garden office, or hobby room.

One long side of a standard 20ft x 8ft one trip shipping container has been fully removed. Fitted with full height double glazed sliding patio doors with integral Venetian blind.

Fitted studwork and insulated with 50mm thick Dritherm Earthwool insulation to the walls and 100mm thick Dritherm loft insulation to the ceiling, boarded out with 12.5mm plasterboard – ready to be skimmed or finished depending on choice.

Electrically, the unit is equipped with flush-fitted electrics and wiring in keeping with the planned high specification and the clean lines of the skim finish. The electrical specification includes 3 LED strip lights, 4 double 13A sockets, and 2 32A isolators on the rear for air conditioning units if required.
