1. Order Processing Time

- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
- Custom configurations, modified containers, or large bulk orders may require additional processing time
- You will receive an order confirmation and shipping update via email once your order is processed

3. Shipping Coverage
We deliver containers and equipment nationwide across Australia, including:

- Victoria (VIC)

- Northern Territory (NT)
- Australian Capital Territory (ACT)
For remote or hard-to-access locations, please contact us prior to ordering to confirm delivery feasibility and any additional charges.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for containers and large equipment are calculated based on:
- Container size and type
- Delivery destination and postcode
- Site accessibility (ground level, crane required, etc.)
- Number of units ordered
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout or provided via quote for large or custom orders. We may offer free delivery promotions on selected products or locations — check our website for current offers.
5. Delivery Method
Due to the size and weight of our products, all containers and large equipment are delivered via:
- Tilt-tray truck for standard container delivery
- Side loader for sites with limited access
- Crane delivery for rooftop or elevated placements (additional charges apply)
- Flatbed transport for trailers and chassis
Please ensure your delivery site is accessible and has adequate clearance for the delivery vehicle. Our team will contact you prior to delivery to confirm site requirements.
6. Site Preparation Requirements
Before delivery, please ensure:
- The delivery site is level and firm enough to support the container weight
- There is adequate clearance for the delivery truck (minimum 3.5 metres height clearance)
- A responsible person is present at the delivery location to accept and sign for the delivery
- Any permits required for container placement on your property have been obtained
Shipping Containers PTY LTD is not responsible for delays or additional costs arising from inadequate site preparation.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking reference and estimated delivery window via email. Our logistics team will contact you 1–2 business days before delivery to confirm the exact delivery time.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your container or equipment arrives damaged:
- Inspect the item thoroughly before signing the delivery docket
- Note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Sales@Shippingcontainersptyltd.au
- Provide photos of the damage for rapid resolution
- We will arrange repair, replacement, or a suitable resolution at no additional cost to you
Do not sign the delivery docket as undamaged if you notice any issues — this protects your rights.
9. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your delivery address and site details are accurate at the time of ordering. Shipping Containers PTY LTD is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional transport costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
Redelivery attempts due to customer error may incur additional transport fees.
